Blanca Lopez

Director of Human Resources and Associate Engagement

Blanca is human resource professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in human resource management in the hospitality industry.  She is committed to exceeding expectations by balancing people and business operations across all functions of Human Resources.  She holds a BS from the University of Southern California in Public Administration.  Her love for hospitality and human resources started in Hotel Nikko Beverly Hills as an intern and since then has gone on to work for several distinguish hotel brands such as Omni, Sheraton and Westin.  Most recently she held the position of Human Resources Director at the Luxe City Center. Blanca’s areas of expertise include employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration and Collective Bargaining Agreements.


Both in and out of work, Blanca is passionate about helping and motivating others to reach their full potential.  She enjoys being in the great outdoors and organizing camping events for youth groups.
