Elmer's experience in the hospitality industry has exceeded 22 years. His career is comprised of both front of the house and support of house positions giving him a unique insight to the totality of property operations. In 2002, Elmer found his passion in Revenue Management and has an extensive experience in limited service to ultra-luxury brand hotels in major markets across North America. He has overseen branded properties from Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Westin, Langham, as well as several independent hotels.
Elmer’s passion has always been in driving and maximizing revenue through defining strategic initiatives, implementing strategies to increase market share performance, and achieving top line revenue goals. The analysis of the information has always been his key to successful decision making. His favorite guiding phrase is “Test it…don’t be afraid to fail” as a great reward does not come without risk.
