VP of Human Capital and Development
Ms. Murane is a Senior Executive with more than 20 years' Organizational Development and Human Capital management experience in global Telecom, high-tech manufacturing, and rapid growth environments. As a Senior Management Consultant, she worked with $100M to $1.5B sized companies, on complex organizational development projects, with employee populations of up to 6,000.
She was part of the training team that partnered with the Ritz-Carlton Learning Institute, as they worked on winning the National Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award twice. It included a revamped strategic planning process, a TQM system called “The Greenbook”, and a mandatory training and problem-solving program of 250 hours for all new and front-line employees.
She is a collaborative leader who facilitates results in resource -constrained matrix environments. Her extensive experience had emphasis in three areas: Management Consulting, Organizational Development/Training and Leadership Coaching.
Marianna has a Master’s of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with emphasis in Leadership and Organizational Development.
